Great for heavy rider/passenger loads
1 of 1 found this helpful I’m 280lbs wife is 140lbs, 75lbs of gear..... the ride is amazing for 2-up..... me by myself with 2 loaded bags? Not so good... stiff.
The general consensus is that if you are too up most of the time and you ride occasionally one up, the shocks are perfect for the weights I listed above. You will however want to upgrade the front suspension as it will greatly improve the overall ride and handling quality

Ladder steps are sharp
Love this ladder.... very hefty, well built. I do get the distinct feeling that you might want to keep it clean... free of paint, stain, mud and grime etc. due to the fact that all of the mechanics and smooth operation require all the latches to function well.... also, I noticed after being on it, that the rung I needed to lean on just above my knees, bruised badly due to the sharp edges of the rung/step itself... you may want to wrap that rung/step with a cushion of some kind....

Not what it needs to be
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this item mainly for the alarm feature and quickly found out that the alarm feature is not up to par. If a thief‘s aim is to steal the whole bicycle, this probably wouldn’t be my outlook, but the fact that the alarm was not aggressive enough to keep would-be thieves from stealing a lot of other smaller items made this alarm useless to me .The headlight is pretty much useless, the navigation portion works great, but I found out that my Smart phone does just fine on it’s own. Overall this is a very nice novelty but nothing more.
