  I have received the A35 5G mobile phone from you on Thursday. I did work ok and I got it set up, but when I charged up the phone up earlier today, I discovered that the phone is now completely locked with a pad lock on the first screen. I doesn't even show the thumb print to let me in. I didn't set a pin. I am absolutely devastated. What do you suggest and what protection do I have if this turns out to be a faulty product??
