quick n easy
2 of 2 found this helpful never did like shampooing with only one water reservoir, putting dirty water back into your clean water, yuck. so i bought this one. keeps the clean water separate from the dirty water. easy to clean, lightweight, perfect to pull out and quickly clean your carpets.

Worx does work
its so much easier replacing the spool. it doesnt get knotted up after awhile, like mine do sometimes when i try respooling them myself

falls apart
while opening the clamp one of the inside rubber boot fell off, looks like its missing a e-clip or something like that. will not stay on you have to hold it while your clamping down until it seats
