  We started off on the wrong foot because I was shipped the wrong item; however, the seller made everything good by sending the correct product and allowing me to return the incorrect product. Product was new, in excellent condition. I would do business with this seller again.

  Item was not addressed properly. Not the sellers fault. Ebay didn't provide proper receiver address info to the seller. It says it was delivered and I still don't have my item yet. Canada pist is trying to find out were my item is.lost in the postal service I contacted the seller after seeing the proof of shipment was provided to me by Ebay with the wrong address information. ie buzzer number and apartment numberThe seller told me she was going to contact Canada Post. she didn't.

  Hi there, and sorry again that this all happened. I had contacted Canada Post, and I was told that the address details could not be revised until the parcel reached the next major hub and made a delivery attempt.
