Works just like Print Shop 21.
I had Print Shop 21 on a laptop with windows 7. I upgraded to windows 10. Print Shop 23 operates just like Print Shop 21 did so, there is no new learning curve. That is what I was hoping for and that is what I got.

Great product, great price. No english instructions
This product works great. The only issue I had is the instructions are not in english. It seems like the product is fairly simple to set up and use so, the instructions are not a big issue. I may be missing out on some of the capabilities of the unit since, there are no english instructions.
