  Ordered the three-coloured wide elastic. The first order didn't arrive. I messaged the seller 3 weeks later and they dispatched a replacement order very quickly. About a month after the first order was lost, I received a card from Royal Mail saying they were holding a package for me that didn't have any postage on it. I paid the full postage online + fees, total (£2.95) and it was delivered 3 days later. It was the first order from a month ago. Postage was never attached.
