    Very fast shipping, very thoughtfully packaged, PC arrived as described and as pictured. Only issue was that Windows setup was locked to a company account. I reinstalled windows and deleted all SSD partitions and it was still company locked, I had to find a login bypass solution online to start-up Windows. I never contacted the seller because the price was so decent and I would rather try to figure it out myself so that's basically on me, I'm sure that they would've helped. Recommend Seller

    Within couple hours after I contacted the seller about Windows booting up issues, they responded to send a replacement unit with upgraded CPU spec and expedited UPS next day delivery. They also checked Windows boots up normally before shipping. I am very happy to report the replacement unit works as specified. This seller really devotes seriou efforts for business excellence. I upgraded every metrics to 5 stars. I definitely will buy from them again. Also encourage shoppers to check them out.

Booted without issue and Win 11 Pro installed. M.2 drive is SATA (not NVMe) but it was never described as an NVMe drive. Good value. Great seller!
