  Seller accepted an offer on the listing, then sat on the order for a week and cancelled it. They claimed they were out of stock but instead added +30% to the price and still have it available for sale on the same listing. Dishonest practice to cancel a purchase, nobody was making you accept the offer in the first place it doesn't make any sense.
