One of the nicest cars for a really nice price!!!!
3 of 3 found this helpful The 2001 Lincoln Continental is one of the best reliable luxery cars you can buy at a steal. I could not believe the car I got. I have owned BMW, mercedes, cadillac etc... This lincoln is at the top with the others. Its really more reliable than any of the others. I love the neat speed cluster and the dash lay out. You feel like your in a limo your just the driver. I would recommend it to any one, the only dislike i wish it had was the telescope on the steering but they set it in a great place. Go get one you will not be disappointed and keep quite what yu bought it for because you friends won't believe you. Good Day!!

2000 Cadillac Catera
4 of 4 found this helpful The 2000 Cadillac Catera is really a nice driving machine. They remind you alot of a BMW 5 series. Even though they do have common problems, they are worth the time and money if you like german cars. BMW has several problems also. Here is a list of things to watch for: leaking heater control valve, leaking oil coolers, leaking valve cover gaskets, and the big one is the timing belt service. Many people see a antifreeze leak and think its the head gasket. These power plants hardly ever have a head gasket fail, its the oil cooler leaking. Many shops will say it needs a head gasket when it does not. If you buy one DO NOT go to the dealer unless you are rich. Find yourself a local german mechanic and you'll love the Catera/Opel MV6. I have had 2 and despite the troubles it has costed alot less than the BMW. Actually the Catera drives and feels better! When you buy your CAT get it checked and have the timing belt replaced and you will be a happy owner. Keep this in mind, the Catera cost half of what the BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus cost. Also drive each one and I'm sure you'll say the Catera feels and rides just as nice! Hope this helps your buying decision.
