Cheap Item; Numerous Replacements.
1 of 1 found this helpful Why Craftsman created a plastic pulley to be the support system for metal cabling was stupid indeed. I have had to replace this item 3 times in the almost three years I've owned this garage opener. I refuse to call Sears again to fix it and charge me another ridiculous labor fee, now that YouTube is the world's "How To Instructional Video Resource". I'm sure I will figure it out. As mentioned in an earlier review, I will need to keep a few of these pullies on standby for replacement, since it seems to break every 8 months to a year. Eventually, I may have the entire thing replaced and get a belt operated opener.
