Great & easy!
Easy to use, and adjustable if it is too harsh for your skin.

Better than the twist-grinder, for sure!
Heavy duty, MUCH easier to use for arthritic hands to use than the similarly sized twist-grinder. Quicker results as well. (That is, the grinding is faster with less effort.)

Not for larger/swollen feet, but otherwise good
I have edema in my feet, and though they have greatly reduced their swelling of late, these were a *bit* too tight for me. I wore them for a few hours, and I do wish they came in a larger size. If your feet are large but not swollen, these probably will fit you, though.
