The courage of Svetlana
Not much of a review except I love the movie mostly
for the courageous determination of Svetlana to
survive & take with her - her recently killed husband's
daughter - a daughter she barely knew. Her 'never
give up' attitude found a home in my admiration
for Svetlana's gutsy 'never say die' performance.
I recommend this movie if you want to see a woman
with courage, void of frills and loaded with an...
'I will win, you will lose' attitude. Stephen Dorff
played a good fatherly part as well, but he is
terminated prematurely by a batch of...gunrunners.

1857 Flying Eagle Cent
3 of 3 found this helpful Another coin I've never owned before. According to the PHOTO it appeared
to have a very nice tone. Now for the details. The FEATHERS. The tail fea-
thers seemed a little on the "flatish" side - but no matter, the GRADEBOOK
cannot perfectly interpret GRADE. Not all coins 'wear" exactly as the GRADEBOOK indicates they should. What made me finally push the yes button was the BREAST FEATHERS. I first studied other Flying Eagles and saw that they were all flatbreasted in this grade - and the this one had 50 or 75 percent breast-
feathers. That was one of main reasons it now resides in my collection. And
when it arrived it was even more beautiful than the photo. My first Flying
Eagle. THANKS

1876CC Seated Liberty Half
I kept fighting off the urge to buy this coin. I offered a slightly lesser
price and a reply came back in seconds - NO! I really liked the coin, the
letters of LIBERTY showing and "the field" seemed nice and clean. The
photograpy was nearly atrocious though - and the coin looked nearly orange. I decided to gamble and gave in at his price. And I'm glad I did. The coin is
actually beautiful and nicely toned. One little thing that scared me a bit - was a tiny dent right over the first "C of CC". I studied this under higher magnification and ended up satisfied. It is a welcome addition to my collection.
