It is the best straight suction vacuum i have ever used.
If you are looking for a powerful, easy to use, and fairly quiet straight suction vacuum look no further.
Pros
Two speed motor which allows you to reduce power for more delicate jobs
The hose is long
The airflow and suction are excellent.
The Bags and filters are HUGE which results in longer lasting power.
Fairly quiet
Long cord length
Cons
Standard 1.25" tools require an adaptor to use
A little bulky
No Electric power nozzle
The numatic series of vacuums are designed for the commercial market, as such they are simple and seemingly durable vacuums. They are easy to operate and have a large operating radius due to the length of both it's cord and hose. The manual cord winder is also a nice touch, there are no spring or mechanical cordwinders to break or repair you just turn the knob on the top and the cord retracts. It's motor is a powerful dual stage (meaning two fans) that provides it with both powerful airflow and suction.
It works extremely well on hard floors and flat (like commercial) carpeting it does well on thicker carpets too but due to it's lack of an electric power nozzle i wouldn't recommend using it as the sole vacuum for anything above a flat commercial pile.
Dirt Devil Hand Vac 2.0 Bagless Handheld Vacuum SD12000

Works well but requires maintenance
I bought this to compare it to the older bagged versions. It's a pretty handy unit. It's light, it's got ok power, not great but certainly enough to pick up my cat's hair. The cord length feels a bit short but should work for most furniture/stair cleaning applications.
My main complaint is that it requires a lot of maintenance. The filter gets dirty pretty quickly due to the inefficient cyclone and small area of the filter. I often take it out and vacuum it off. It's not hard to do it's just inconvenient. It is important to keep the filter clean though the nozzle design wasn't well thought out with the suction inlet being at the very top of the nozzle.
I prefer my bagged ones due to the ease and less frequent maintenance, but these aren't bad. As long as you take care of the filter and the belt it should work pretty well.
NoNo Bracket - Curtain Rod Bracket attachment for Outside Mount Vertical Blinds

Curtains done easy!
These brackets made curtain installation a breeze! I wanted to add some curtains in front of my vertical blinds, but attempting to install them with traditional brackets was just a headache. It was hard to get above the blinds, and had i installed them brackets my curtains would have had a large gap at the bottom.
I was frustrated with it all and then came across these No No Brackets, the idea of installing the brackets on my blinds was just a wonderful idea. I ordered them , installation was a breeze I got my curtains up with no issues, and no additional holes in my wall.
