Good Stuff
Frontier makes a very good product. I use this every evening before bed. It really helps with my sleep difficulties. Just as with all sleep aids I've tried, after a couple of months it becomes less effective and I have to give it a break and try something else ( sublingual melatonin) and then come back to it later. Great product great price!
