  Hello Clint I am suprised to see that you left us a neutral feed back. The failure here had nothing to do with us and was 100% on USPS. We went out of our way to send you another seal and went into our own pocket to the tune of about $70 Plus dollars to make sure you got your seal. Which you recieved both. USPS does not reinburse us for this it is a loss on our end.I think we provided you with exclent customer.

  I love the product, the only complaint I have is I was hoping the mounting hardware, which was the aluminum rivets, would have been sent with the package. I live over 20 minutes from a hardware store and was super excited to put this item in until I realized I didn’t have the required hardware to do so. The cost of 25 rivets per package in my opinion for a business that does as well as these guys do shouldn’t break the bank.
