1 of 3 found this helpful For what genuine HP cartridges cost, I figured that this would be worth a try. Thanks to the video and instructions, I had no trouble with the installation. I did not have to clean the print head, but I mostly do b&w office printing. After installation, HP gives a warning about using other ink and that my discount has been forfeited. The warning never repeated and I have had no problems after about 3 weeks. Hopes this helps.
