  seller said Seiko watch was new...BUT watch never worked. I took it to a watch repair that has been in business for 45 years. He refused to look at the watch..he could tell that someone had already taken off the back of the watch and was NOT put back on the way it left the factory...SO the seller DID know that the watch was not working when he put it up for sale. I want to stress that seller did refund (promptly) my money, just leaving me with the shipping cost to send it back.
