Slightly worn but acceptable
Handset works fine and the price is reasonable. It has signs of wear but then - it's used! I doubt for $20 that "refurbished" means much more than making sure it works but that's fine if, like me, you're using the handset as a way to squeeze a little more time out of your otherwise great Panasonic phone system. Overall I am happy with this purchase although if another handset breaks I'll probably spend a little more and buy a new system.
