Never tried one until now, playing drum...
Never tried one until now, playing drums many years, always relied on ear and feel. It's definite a more scientific way of tuning, to seek evenly measured pressure at all lug rods. Can't help but think that lots of drums and heads are imperfect to begin with. And then I return to my ear, and feel. But it's an interesting tool, and yes it does work. Is it a game changer? no.

There's a difference in mat between AWD and RWD. This is AWD.
This is the AWD variant. If you have RWD it won't fit. My mistake, but seems to be high quality.

Don't even hesitate.
Should have bought this years ago! The difference to a basic round throne, and I've had several over past 5 decades, from cheap to good, is that Roc-N-Soc nitro allows some free swivel, and is way more supportive. Initially I was hesitant about the bounce of the airlift / office chair lever on this. But I don't notice any give or bounce except very slight when first sitting. after 2 - 3 hours play time, my legs, back and ass don't ache. 5 stars!
