The understanding should be the customer is always right. If that is the case Ebay and PayPal should inform the office workers. Please review my complaint below on the close quarter drill that got damaged. I did not order it that way and I sure did not get the value of a new drill. The seller 3817brian acknowledged that He would settle and make it even with me. That is the $15.00 settlement we agreed on to me - address the same place where the drill was sent too. 5-17-2020 I did not agree to get a damaged drill - I payed good money for a good close quartered drill. ebay seller 3817brian agreed to a fair settlement of $15 worth of damaged to my close quarter drill delivered to my address 3-30-2020. 3817brian was to send it to paypal - I see nothing there. I want 3817brian to send a $15 check to the same address as he sent the damaged drill. that is my address is Bernie Reger 3103 N 16th St, Superior, Wi 54880 I have been trying to working with 3817brian, I think he is a shady fellow when he doesn t fellow threw with what he says. 3 different times I sent similar messages to 3817brian - asking him to work with me to my email bjr5488@yahoo.com. I expect him to compensate me $15 settlement for my damage drill - He has added nothing in my PayPal account which he suggested he would do.
