Expired Ink cartridges don't work very well
I guess there's a reason they put an expiration date on these! This was the newest I could find (2010) and just out of the box the prints are pretty faded. I've tried re-furbished ones which I think work better but don't last nearly as long as new ones so thought I'd tried NEW (albeit expired).
In the end, neither new nor refurbished are great options but I'll continue to buy them anyway because I have an old fax machine and they don't make these (HP 20) cartridges any more. Yes, I could just buy a new fax machine but I very rarely need to use it and it works perfectly well and I REFUSE to do what we in America do so easily...JUST PITCH IT IN A LANDFILL.
