If your cat has a runny nose get this
I was given my cats pills and it was a tough time keeping them down both of my cats love the taste of this get it and make sure your cats are healthy

Great Grow Light
Low heat. Very bright. Works in my 4x4 tent and two others very well. Not sure the no IR will have an affect.
