Has been helpfull
I like Whole30, however, I believe it would be better in a bound form as it is hard to jump back and forth between several pages if you want to check on a page previously read. It is also hard to find a recipe after you have read the whole book. The book have wonderful sounding recipes I would like to try, however, I need to now purchase the book so I can try them! Following the Whole30, I have lost a few pounds.

I was told to take it to keep the mosquitos from biting. Don't know for sure if it worked or not, but I did not have any bites this past year - maybe there were or maybe there were not any around, however I did not have one bite!!

Trap door
The trap door was perfect. Was given instructions on how to make it fit fine but did not need that as it went on my dish rack without any trouble. There is nothing bad about this product.
