Always use genuine replacement parts
I have a Sony 60" LCOS projection TV and we noticed the picture wasn't as bright about 6 months prior to the 'replace bulb' message that pops up on the screen. We were having to use the vivid mode, especially during the day. Now, after replacing the lamp, we noticed an improved brightness that we were able to go back to the standard mode. So the internal timer was about right. Be sure to reset yours after changing. I used the genuine recommended replacement part. An alternate one I tried years ago had a slight but noticeable dimming strobe effect to it. I would not recommend anything except the genuine replacement part as spelled out in your manual.

Garcinia Cambogia didn't work for me despite following the instructions.
2 of 2 found this helpful After two plus weeks I experienced no weight loss but I did get acid reflux from the use of this product. No appetite suppression either, but heartburn instead. Don't listen to movie stars touting this product. You may have different results, but I personally recommend good old-fashioned counting calories. That seems to work best every time.

Weak infrared light bulb
The only real problem I had with this remote, and it took a while to figure out, is that it won't work in a brightly lit room or during the daytime. With new batteries, the infrared beam is still to weak to cut through the light. It will only work in a dark or near dark room.
