For the serious history buff.

As a follower of early New Jersey history, I found this book very interesting. I did not know that so much was known about Robert Hunter's life. Hunterdon County, New Jersey is named after him.

Stone Houses: Homes of Pennsylvania's Bucks County and Brandywine Valley" is a wonderful book on regional architecture with gorgeous photos.

The photographs and the buildings are beautiful. Especially the interiors and the way the owners have decorated them.
