The SkyCaddie SG5 is a great golf tool
3 of 3 found this helpful I have played in a foursome where a friend of mine had a SkyCaddie - an earlier model, and he loved his. I thought it helped me when I played with him - seemed to make play faster - didn't have to step off yardage, etc. So, I decided to treat myself to an early Christmas present and bought the SG 5 about 4 weeks ago. The courses I play on were all available and were easy to download - no problems what so ever - very simple to work through the steps. The very first time I used it was in a scramble, so I don't know how many strokes it shaved off my game, but I sure was making some great shots. Just knowing the yardage was one less thing I had to be worried about - I know I shaved at least 5 or more strokes off my normal game. The best thing about it is when you are not in the fairway - no more guessing and a few yards more than you think can make a big difference. I checked my stride and what I thought was 20 yards was really 17 yards - I guess that is better than the other way around. I have checked yardage markings on golf courses and have found the unit very accurate no more than a couple yards at an occassional 150 marker, others dead on. I place the unit in the cart cup holder and it seems to read just fine - easy to read in full sunlight too. I don't really have too much negative for the unit - it does exactly what I was hoping it would do. One of the courses I play, but not very often, did not have a reading for a water hazard - I thought that was kind of strange because the course is an old course. Some readings are a little funny, it gives a reading to clear a sandtrap eventhough you may be parallel to it, with the hazard really not in play. All in all, I think it is a great addition to my golf game - kind of like a new driver!!

I built my first quad using these motors
2 of 2 found this helpful New to the quad fun, and used these motors (recommended by a friend). Installed just like all the videos say. Wired straight to esc for CW spin and cross wired for CCW spin. Motors came with silver and black locking nuts (3 for each motor) and several sets of mounting screw lengths. Motors have a spin direction indicator for the props - which is also the same direction that the prop nuts unscrew. Went thru the clean flight set up (had some difficulties with the software and driver loading). Using 5030 props and WOW. These babies with get up and go. Had to make some adjustments on my transmitter to help with lower throttle control - these are very sensitive. Great motors - haven't crashed it too hard so can't tell how they will take it, but so far so good. I recommend them - not anything negative to say - you can't go wrong.

Don’t drop it
This rustepruf product replaces my jar that I had for about 20 years. The jar is glass so don’t drop it. I wipe my shotgun down where my hands touch it everytime I shoot. The salts in your hands and sweat will eat up the finish on your guns. I love it
