So far, so good
So far, so good. But it's only been a week. I've printed 5 pages so far.

solidly made handguard
It's important to note that the barrel nut locked inside handguard. You have to loosen and remove all 4 allen head bolts located at 6 o'clock position. Then gently tap the the handguard to separate the 2 piece bolt shaft collars. Once the four shaft collars are removed from both sides, the barrel nut can be removed. The barrel nut has threaded on one side, while the other side has a hex shaped end. You should try to use a 1 3/16" crows foot socket wrench, so you can apply initial torque of 30 ft/lbs, then a second torque of up to 40 ft/lbs. It's a good idea to shim it, to ensure there isn't a gap. Also, use Aeroshell 33 (the recommended barrel nut grease). The barrel nut doesn't require indexing, so after the second torque, you can align and install the 2 part shaft collars and bolts. Included is 1 spare bolt and shaft collar set, and 3 keymod rail pieces.
