My trimmer never really ran correctly and truthfully I was a little skeptical of this kit because of the low price but wow, now my trimmer runs like a champ. You will need to adjust the carb, mine arrived with the low speed jet fully seated. I followed one of the many online videos for adjusting a brand new 2 stroke trimmer carb and now it purrs like a kitten at idle and has a smooth power band all the way to wide open throttle.
Time Saver:
If you don't have a pacman screwdriver for the adjustments, to save yourself some time and aggravation, you'll want to order one when you order your carb kit. All other screws are combination type flat head/ T-30 screws.
Don't forget to clean the spark arrester in the exhaust while you have it apart. (Screen)
Total time:
2 hours or so with tuning.
Results:
Runs better than new, great investment.

They are all the same.
All these “high velocity” 20” fans are underpowered. If you run the fan on low and keep it clean it’ll last a few years but if you run them on high the bearings give out in a year or so. I’ve been through a few to figure this out. Good luck.
