Great LCD
This appears to be a genuine OEM LCD plus frame. The repair was super straight forward. I had a G4 that the LCD broke but worked- a few weeks later it got the dreaded boot loop. I swapped the screen with this (and transferred the label on the back, don't forget that!) and was able to execute a warranty claim successfully. The panel looks great, no dead pixels that I could see.

Great Monitor- Best 17" I've used
This monitor looks like your average 17" CRT, but it ends up to be an amazing one. I've had a couple of these screens at work for years, and they all look as super sharp now as they did when they first got installed. The flat screen aspect of it really reduces glare from the overhead florescent lights. It has a max resolution of 1280x1024, which is now the minimum resolution any screen should have. If you can pick one of these up used, they will most likely last you for years and are a good buy. Recommended for anyone who needs a replacement CRT.
