No way did this run when tested I am thinking.
The shipping wasn't the problem. It was rapid up good. I have ordered a lot of stuff from different people and know what good shipping looks like. I placed the engine on the track expecting it to run, it didn't now as I kept trying to get it to move I pushed down on the engine and it would try to go it wasn't smooth but very rough lots of sparkling and engine noisy. I have not open it up to find out what is lose or whatever cause it not to run. Maybe the wight is missing maybe the motor isn't in the right place. But for right now there's no way in hell that it was running any time lately. I just hope that all of the inside is here so that I can get it to run. I have book's on most older engines and toys 1900 up to 90s and I do all of my repairs.

The Great locomotive Chase
I have 2 lionel train engine that runs and look like the General and is called the General and so I wanted to see the movie with the real General Trains engines running and hear it, the sounds of the trains engines.
I didn't go wrong with this movie. It's supposed to be a true story, a part of the Civil War.
