    boots were basically brand-new could hardly consider them used/pre-owned. better than described. packed in an acceptable manner, considering the contents. he had them to me in alaska fast (i had to pay shipping, about a third the total price, wasn't a choice) great boots for the money, i've owned a pair before, 48ish dollars is a great value, 29dollars (had shipping been to the 48 states) it'd had been a steal. thanks for listing.
