  Mary, I received the trays just now and they were well packed with no damage, and I really appreciate that. However, I am still waiting on my refund from the previous order of the two robin blue tid bit bowls with saucers and I am still waiiting on communication regarding this refund. You had said in a previous message you would do this so if you have in fact done, please accept my apology but I have checked both my ebay account and my credit card charge and there is no refund that I can see.

  Extremely terrible experience. Bought item and it wasn’t shipped out. Had to contact seller to ship. Then once I received the item was poorly packed thus broken on arrival. Item was breakable and wasn’t bubble wrapped. There was 1 centimeter of packing in bottom of box with a small amount of crumpled newspaper on top of item. No where on the box was it labeled as fragile. Paid $40.17 for item and shipping, seller credited back $22.66 for the item. The breakage of the item was solely on the sell
