Be prepared

There's a glitch within this product that after you install on two pc's you are unable to install on the third. After spending 2 hours with Microsoft, that issue was resolved until I accessed the product on a previously installed PC. I kept the code they used and was able to assist the next MS agent to how to resolve the issue. Make sure you write down the service ticket.
