You the Owner's Manual
2 of 3 found this helpful The book is very informative, easy to read and understand. Many diagrams to visually understand the associated text. Basic, down to earth approach to understanding your body and how it functions. Practical solutions to issues with blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, colon, prostate, etc. I purchased it after reading many reviews listed on Amazon.com. I would recommend the book to those who do not have a vast knowledge about their own bodies and associated health issues.
