Great optic

Looks cool, very solid and works well. I installed on a Zastava M70 ZPAP and it required adjusting the tension on the locking mechanism. It had quite a bit of play on the rail before doing so. Mine did not come with a manual or paperwork, so to make this adjustment you need to remove the plate on the bottom of the locking mechanism, turn the gear until it tightens, and then reattach the plate. After doing so, mine is now rock solid on the gun. Very happy. Would purchase again. Only negatives are it is a little heavy and the lack of any magnification.

I really did not like it at all.

I bought this with high expectations and it was very disappointing. Although it is built well, it has major issues. My unit struggled to get over 200 degrees. Turned all the way up with the door shut and damper closed for hours, the highest I ever saw was 210 degrees. Open the door.... forget about it. It takes forever to recover. Because there is no actual combustion with the wood chip puck, you will never get a smoke ring with this unit. Ever. And going back to the temperature issue, I had to keep the damper closed more than I wanted to to keep the temp up and the food came out having a nasty creosote taste to it. I wanted to like this thing, but it was a major disappointment. I tinkered with it for about a year before it ended up on the front lawn on garbage day. Do not recommend.

This saw is amazing

This saw is great. Cuts through rebar, steel pipe, and anything else that will fit into the breach with ease. Very easy to make straight cuts with this saw. Great features and battery life. Only knocks are that it is a little bulky, and hard to get into tight spots with. And the breach to get to the blade could be a tad bigger. But for what it is, it's great. Highly recommend.
