I did not notice that it was listed as an OnSite frx. The OnSite and FRX are different models. There were no pictures of the front of the actual unit. That said, I was seeking an AED and what came was an AED and otherwise exactly as described. I appreciated the full description of the history of the item. Fyi... the item is a BETTER unit than i was expecting. Very satisfied!!!

Timer with Lanyard!
It is so handy to have the timer around my neck while I'm timing my baking!

Inexpensive, but labels curl into machine
Excellent value for the low price. One problem, however. when I use my Brother Label Maker's cutter, the tape curls inside the machine. When you start the next label, it bunches up inside the device, rather than feeding out as it should. I decided to use scissors to cut the labels. That is not fully satisfactory. But the labels look like a genuine product and are much cheaper.
