Great device
I purchased the Doss soundbox because the speaker that I was using to teach my Zumba class had inadequate sound quality and volume. I did not want to spend hundreds on a speaker, and after reading various reviews, I thought I'd take a chance on the Doss XL. I have to say it was a real bargain. Great sound and volume for the money. It is also a very nice size and weight. Perfect for carrying around.

Accuracy
Unsure regarding the accuracy of the device. My blood pressure has never been above 130 whenever I've been to the doctor which is many times per year. The device is consistently recording my blood pressure as 145. Therefore, I'm unable to recommend the device.
