  Item was damaged by freight company. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. Owner of BIGTOOLRACK sent me not one, but 3 messages asking me to please call him. I called as soon as I got home. He apologized for the damage, told me he personally packed that order, it was it perfect shape when he shipped it, and told me whatever I needed to make it right, it was a done deal, just name it, new hitch, credit, etc. Super customer service, 5 stars!!!
