    The neutral feedback is because of the transaction as a whole. The boots were good, but shipping took several weeks and before the item was even shipped, I had requested a cancellation of the purchase. No communication from the seller about doing a cancellation, instead only communicated that the boots would be eventually on the way. From a buyer standpoint, not a good purchase and transaction
