Perfect shifting
I replaced my factory grip shift with this unit along with a shimano cassette and derailleur. Bike shifts like a higher end bike instead of the department store junk bike it started out as.

Good value
Although this is a cheaper free wheel setup it is a vast improvement over the cheap unit that came on the bike. I used this along with a SRAM shifter and Shimano derailleur and bike now shifts like a higher end bike. This is great to replace faulty cassettes on department store bikes.plan to add one to my sons bike that had a bad cassette out of the box.

Overall a good bottom bracket
The quality seems good for the price. Bearings are not as smooth as expected though. I would have bought the UN55 had I know prior that the adapter was plastic, however it does cost less. Since it is just a frame adapter it should last for many miles as long as the other side is properly torqued.
