  The camera was NOT "basically new", as described, and was missing it's bracket and QR Code. I agreed to wait for the bracket with the exception that I verify the camera works. The seller disregarded my request to send me the QR Code again via message. Instead, they sent off the QR Code sticker with the bracket and failed to respond to my messages that followed. After a bunch of unreplied messages, I requested a refund and was told to be patient. Terrible attitude and comm. No profit, no care.
