Good, budget plate
A solid budget plate that I trust to stop everything up to M193. You want to carefully consider the threat level that you may be going up against. This size and cut is quite heavy so keep your frame size and strength in mind. You may think an extra 16-20 pounds is not a big deal, especially if it's distributed by a carrier and your a strong dude, but it gets heavy and cumbersome after a while. Remember, the body armor that saves your life is going to be the body armor that you wear. I ended up exchanging it for a 10 x 12 swimmers cut which is more suited for my frame. Excellent product for its price point.

Good set, works well and the training lock is very useful even if it's too easy
It's a good kit. Not as flimsy as the other reviews made it out to be. Lots of different picks some work better than others on different locks. The tension wrenches are nice. Some people say they are too flimsy but I think they are just right. There are a couple of them, some are stiffer than others but they are good tension wrenches. The practice lock is neat and useful. Yes, it is wicked easy to pick but that's only half the point of practicing on it. It's very useful in learning how to use your sense of feeling to figure out where the pick is in the lock, not just to practice unlocking. Also, I'm pretty sure the picks can be used in any standard lockpick gun but I'm not 100% sure. All in all, this lock pick set is worth every penny. With a little practice and watching YouTube videos, you can learn to get past just about any pin-tumbler lock. Good skill to have.
