Great headset but...

So the headset itself is great but the one I got was broken? I’m not sure. It’s as if the right ear of the headset isn’t supposed to go with the headset because it doesn’t fit like the left one does. It hangs open on the bottom and doesn’t seal properly leaving a large gap in sound quality
