  I received a mixer that did not work and spent $200 on it. We both agreed that I would not ship it back because it was not a working product and the seller didn’t want to pay the cost of the the return. I disposed of the broken mixer and never received the refund because I didn’t return the product even though it was because the seller asked me not to. I lost $200 on this exchange. It’s really upsetting and I haven’t received a response from the seller when asking for some kind of resolution.
