  A+ seller. The Ninja Foodie PossibleCooker Pro 8.5 quart multi-cooker was exactly as described & it came with both the ladle & rack. It was very well packaged & arrived safely. It arrived when it was expected to me. I just have one problem with it, the glass cover fits in on one side, but not the other. I will have to see what to do. This wasn’t the seller’s fault.   The dolls came in great condition and at a great price. These are the only reasons my rate wasn't negative. I ask for an update after waiting for like week for it to ship or any update about the order. They sent back a one word as reponse then shipped it next day.At least, their packing is solid.

  Awesome! Thank you! It arrived in perfect condition as described! It rained when it arrived / mailmen left it on the porch and box was soaked wet- if this was for a gift , box would have been ruined.luckily I didn’t need the box! Awesome product!
