Pairing the Controller
If the Controller will not pair properly. Remove Power from Gem Box and turn unit over. Use a paper clip to reset the GemBox by depressing the reset switch on the bottom of the unit. Power device back on and try pairing again. Once controller is paired get connected to Wi-Fi and update the box.
