  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. Seller had a high shipping fee listed, but offered to only charge true shipping. The seller said they would refund the difference after they got the shipping costs when they go to ship it. So I trusted the seller and paid the higher amount. The seller did not refund the difference ($70) and is not responding to my messages. I'm hoping eBay or PayPal can get this resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
