Take as directed and you'll be going smooth in no time ! Wife uses it daily and it helps with constipation ! It could mix in a little easier, but it does works ! Sugar Free too ! Great for diabetics ! A trusted name for years... Metamucil ! The proof is in the bowl.... 5 stars !

Fits like it came on the gun and easy to install !
Highly recommended ! Fits perfect on my new Ruger EC9 ! Gave me the extra grip I needed for my large hands ! Installed easy after stretching by hand slightly (don't want to rip it), boiling for 30 secs. and then spraying Windex on the inside of grip... I then heated with a blow dryer after it was in place ! Looks like it came on the gun and is permanently in place ! Great item ! Will buy for other pistols !

In One End... Out the Other !
I swear it's making my memory worse ! Also, I've seen the whole swollen capsule floating in the toilet bowl after I defecated on multiple occasions (TRUTH) ! I don't think it absorbs in your body ! Goes in one end and out the other ! At over a buck a day, I'd rather buy a coffee at Cumberland Farms daily ! I don't recommend it... Save your money instead of flushing it down the toilet !
