Post office smashed it.
I can't believe when I got the box from USPS the package sounded like broken pieces of glass. I wish he would have wrapped this great electronic pedal with bubble wrap. The post office broke plastic chips off 4 corners of both sides. Other than not being properly packaged and the postal service not handling it properly, the Korg AX3000 is one of the best pieces of electronic hardware you can get.
