  Bag came with a broken wood toggle. The bag was in a unpadded envelope not rolled up laying flat, no wonder. To much trouble to return I'll fix it. Frustrating when you pay your hard earned money for a item thats average and you have to repair. Seller is also disingenuous. He'll word his responses sicking sweet but really he doesnt give a 💩

  Robert, I find your review dishonest and outright rude. You messaged me about the broken toggle and I immediately replied apologising and offering to replace the toggle & include a cord lock toggle, not requesting any return or action from you. You rudely replied and I again kindly responded offering solutions only for you to leave this heinous review on a small business. We ship all of our items in padded envelopes and packaged carefully.
